A8800 operates an online Sports Betting and casino platform for members in Bangladesh. The platform runs under an international licence and all operations comply with the rules set by the licensing authority.

A8800 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the Platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

The following requirements must be met to open an account at a8800:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering — incorrect information may result in account termination.
• Each person may hold only one account.
• A single phone number and email address may only be linked to one account.

A8800 may request an NID, passport, or other identity document at any time to verify the information provided during registration. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete.

You are primarily responsible for the security of your a8800 account. Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.

• Your password must be at least 8 characters long — use a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters.
• Do not share your account password with family or friends.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact Support immediately.
• Keeping Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled adds an extra layer of security to your account.

If unauthorized access to your account occurs, a8800 will provide immediate assistance. However, a8800 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the member's own negligence.

A8800's bonus and promotion offers are an added benefit for members to enjoy. However, specific terms and conditions apply to each bonus.

General Bonus Rules:

• Only one main bonus may be active at a time.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.5.
• Hedging or betting on both sides of an outcome does not count towards wagering requirements.
• If wagering requirements are not met before expiry, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• A8800 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

BKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods are accepted at a8800. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit is ৳500.
• Deposits will be credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Typically processed within 15–30 minutes; however, your first withdrawal may take 24–48 hours.
• If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after the designated deadline before the match begins.

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• Odds during live betting may change due to server latency.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities to place bets is strictly prohibited.

A8800 reserves the right to void, amend, or reject any bet, particularly where match-fixing or fraudulent activity is suspected. In the event of any dispute regarding betting outcomes, a8800's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on a8800 and will result in permanent account suspension:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts or attempting to claim bonuses more than once.
• Bonus Abuse: Using betting strategies designed to exploit or circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee risk-free profit.
• Match Fixing: Involvement in fixing or influencing any match or event.
• Hacking or system attacks: Attempting to breach the Platform's security.
• Use of third-party accounts: Placing bets on someone else's account or allowing others to bet on yours.

A8800 believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not an addiction. That's why we actively support our members in building healthy betting habits.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• If needed, your account can be temporarily suspended for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• You may also request a permanent self-exclusion at any time.

Both a8800 and its members have the right to close an account.

On behalf of the member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. All active bonus wagers must be completed or cancelled before the request is submitted. Any remaining real-money balance can be withdrawn.

On behalf of a8800: a8800 may close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or evidence of fraud.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Regulatory orders or legal obligations.

A8800 takes the privacy of members' personal information very seriously. Details provided during registration are used solely for service delivery, KYC verification, and legal compliance.

• Personal information is never sold or transferred to third parties.
